Installing the tracker for views on your website is an important step to enable analytics in Scoop.it. It is also an easy process:
1. How to find the tracker
To install our views tracker, you just need to copy/paste a snippet of code into your HubSpot blog backend. The first step is to find and copy the tracker. To do so, you have to click on "Trackers" under the name of your HubSpot blog in your Smart Calendar.
You should then select and copy all the code:
2. How to paste it in your HubSpot backend
In your HubSpot backend, go to "Content" and then "Content Settings".
Scroll to "Site Footer HTML" and paste your code.
Once you've clicked on "Save your changes", your tracker should be up and running!
Note: If you have already a jquery on your blog, remove the first line of the tracker before installing it in your site.
If a slider on your homepage or another part of your website looks broken after you added the tracker, it means that you probably have a jquery on your blog.
