Scoop.it helps you create beautiful newsletters in a few minutes, by drag-and-dropping the pieces of content you want to share. For email distribution, you can use our Mailchimp integration or send the newsletter to yourself and forward it to your distribution list.
The third option is to use the HTML of the newsletter and send it with another tool. Let's take a look at the process of sending a newsletter with HubSpot:
Once you're done editing, you can click on "Export", freeze the newsletter and click on "Get HTML code". Select all the code and copy it.
Then, you can go your HubSpot account and click on "Email" under "Content":
Click on "Create an email": , "Create a new template": and finally on "New coded file": . You should see the following pop-up:
Select "Code Editor" and "Email" and then click on "Create".
After naming and saving your file, you should see the following screen:
Delete all the code and paste the code of your Scoop.it newsletter instead. You can click on "Preview" to make sure that everything looks as planned. You can then hit "Publish". You'll see the following pop-up:
Make sure that the box next to "Make this template available for new content" is checked and click again on Publish.
You can finally click on "Actions" and "Create email from template"
Follow the last few steps on HubSpot and your newsletter is good to go!
