The Wordpress integration allows full tracking of all of your publications (from before and after the integration). When creating a post, either directly in Wordpress or in Content Director, you can find your posts in the planner and share them on your connected social media accounts.
Note: Our platform needs to communicate with your WordPress blog using the XMLRPC protocol. XMLRPC requests will be done from this IP address: 18.104.22.168. Thus, you must ensure that your WordPress hosting provider will not restrict XMLRPC requests from our IP address.
1. Create a destination for your website
=> Configure the name of this website, define the language.
= > Choose your content destination (Wordpress) and enter the URL of your website, as well as the login and the password from Wordpress (www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin). The username you use needs to be an Admin in Wordpress.
2. Wordpress Settings
Once the destination is connected, hover your mouse under the Wordpress logo on the calendar to access settings.
Here, you can then edit the general settings, such as the title and language, under 'Edit'.
"Wordpress Synchro" allows you to configure the associated categories for your Wordpress to define where the posts will be published on your website - you can also configure the featured image settings .
With Wordpress, you need to install a code to track views on the plugin « Head, Footer and Post Injections » from the backend of your website. You will find the code from the planner, on your Wordpress destination: “trackers”.
