While working in Hawkeye, you will see a list of Topics displayed as below:
Where do Topics come from?
Topics are clusters of themes and words that consistently appear throughout content. This isn't obvious to human eyes and Hawkeye uses a robust AI machine to analyze, identify, and group topics. Because topic information is collected throughout the entirety of the content, you may occasionally notice topics that make sense but aren't relevant. When that happens, you can filter your results better, or sort your content by volume or shares to surface other results.
What is that little chart in the top right corner?
Go ahead and click it! You'll see something like this:
Different people absorb data better in different ways. This graph shows you the number of shares compared with the word count for the top topics.
What happens if I click the blue content results?
You can do that, too! Are you confused about a topic? Interested in seeing which pieces of content are related to a particular idea? Click on the results total (the numbers in blue circles). Your content will appear just like this:
